Winter Haven Oral Surgery is committed to working with our patients to make dental care affordable. For your convenience, our office accepts cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. We also offer Care Credit and Vanco financing to those who qualify. Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
Insurance Information
At Winter Haven Oral Surgery we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this, we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff. They are well informed and up-to-date.
- We are participating providers for Delta Dental PPO, Cigna Dental PPO, Dentemax PPO, Humana PPO, Solstice PPO, Ameritas PPO, Premier Dental Group PPO and the DHA network. These patients are responsible for payment of unmet yearly deductible and the estimated portion of the scheduled fee the day services are performed. You will receive a bill once your insurance has paid benefits to our office, and you are responsible for any balance your insurance does not cover.
- Patients with coverage under other traditional PPO plans will be required to pay an estimated portion the day of surgery along with any unmet yearly deductible. - Our office does not participate with any discount plans, HMO, or DMO insurance plans; we are not providers for Medicare or Medicaid. For the patients with these plans, we expect payment in full at the time services are rendered.
At your consultation we will discuss your insurance benefits and can arrange to submit a predetermination to your insurance company to clarify coverage. Some of the procedures we perform may not be covered under your specific plan. If you have surpassed your yearly maximum then you are responsible for the full fee.
