Preparing for Your First Visit

You may be eligible for same-day surgery depending on what procedure(s) you need. Your surgery could be completed on the same day, after your consultation. At the time of scheduling, please ask one of our team members if you qualify.

How to Prepare for Your Appointment:

• Complete your online paperwork.
• Have your referring doctor send all digital images to our office.
• If you are having a procedure done that involves sedation, you may not have anything to eat or drink 6 hours prior to your procedure.
• If you are having a procedure done that involves sedation, you must have a driver over the age of 18 who can stay on property for the duration of your appointment.

What to Bring to Your Appointment:

• Bring a valid photo ID and your insurance card(s).
• Bring all recent x-rays or imaging if digital copies have not been provided.
• Bring the referral form provided by your dentist.
• Bring a list of current medications and medical history.
• Bring a parent or guardian if the patient is under 18.

What to Expect at Your Consultation:

• Most consultations can take 30-40 minutes depending on what treatment you require.
• Your surgeon will review your referral and images and will discuss appropriate treatment options.
• You will receive a personalized treatment plan with an estimated cost. Please keep in mind all treatment costs can vary depending on your specific needs and the type of insurance coverage you have.
