Starting with the on hold message when first calling for an appointment, and following through to the end of procedure, this practice was professional, kind, and really made me feel as though they care. The receptionist, nurses, and especially Dr Cornejo took the time to make me feel like not just a number. The smallest thing as sitting down in my consultation and pointing to everything with an explanation of what was needed made a very uncomfortable procedure, tolerable. Most practices rush you in and out and barely know your name, but this practice was the total opposite and I would recommend to anyone in need. Thank you!
