Now I debated about 1-star however, the surgeon and the surgery staff did there job well! When it comes to the other staff, front desk receptionist, the in take associate, those who are answering calls etc they are HORRIBLE😡. Very poor customer service. They like to talk to you like you don't understand or you're an irritation. My visit for my 17yr old wasn't pleasant at all😢. I'll never do business with them again and I'll ensure everyone I can tell stay away🛑. It's not hard to treat people the way you want to be treated, however for this staff it must be a challenge. They are unorganized 😩and make the patient jump through hoops to get the proper service. I've even informed CPD of how awful they were and I'd recommend they stop referring patients there. If you want the dental surgery done and don't mind receiving mistreatment go for it, but for me and those I love it's a hard NEVER AGAIN!
