If I could give them a 0 star I would, my step-dad recently went in for a tooth removal, great doctors especially doctor Aref! But let me tell you about two dental assistants that were assisting him that day, my step-dad said there was a staff member named Audrey he mentioned that she was so unhygienic, he said the other girl named Marisa was so mean, impatient and made him feel uncomfortable, he also mentioned that while he was waiting in the room he could hear Marisa belittling one of her co workers so disrespectfully that it made him feel a bad vide. I would hate to work in a hostile environment with those type of employees!

Yesterday when I went to Winter Haven Oral Surgery I was in tears with pain . I was greeted quickly and promptly did paperwork and was assisted very quickly. The young Lady that assisted me was so kind and supportive and professional. When Dr Omar Aref came in he was very friendly and professional. He explained what he found and asked me if I needed anything else explained. My tooth extraction was done with less pain than I expected. I left with a smile on my face. I would recommend them
