Called office 4 times Friday morning and no one answered. Decided to drive over to the office as their posted hours said they were open. Front office staff was less than helpful. I asked if they took my insurance and she looked at me like I had 3 heads. Handed her my insurance card and she said I needed to call my insurance company. Our dentist nor orthodontist has never had me call. So I proceed to look up my benefits online and read to her what they say. She still could not help. Definitely less than thrilled. I guess the Dra were on vacation and when the cats away the mice will play.
