Totally competent, friendly, helpful!!

I was so nervous about having my wisdom teeth removed! I made the mistake of watching extraction videos on YouTube beforehand, which only made me more anxious. By the time I walked into the office, I was a bundle of nerves. From the very beginning, the entire team was incredibly kind and reassuring. Even before my appointment, I received clear communication about what to expect and how to prepare, which meant so much to me. After the surgery, they even called to make sure I made it home safely and was comfortable. That level of care truly stood out. My husband recorded me being put in the car after sedation, and in my loopy state I kept talking about how much I loved everyone in the office and how handsome the doctors were! We had a good laugh, and I immediately told him he better delete that video! All jokes aside, there’s nothing “fun” about wisdom teeth removal. I currently have full chipmunk cheeks, I’m sore, and I’m craving steak I can’t eat. But if I had to do it all over again, I would absolutely choose Winter Haven Oral Surgery. The care, communication, and compassion made all the difference.
