Overall positive experience with a couple of drawbacks. Coordination between the anesthesia group appointment times and the surgical appointment times needs to be improved. I must have received half a dozen texts with different arrival times on them. Second, the receptionist, Berenice, is not particularly pleasant and she was the first person I encountered at this visit. After these two issues, though, things went very well. My 8 year old was treated with respect and patience and I appreciated that the office staff called later in the day to check on him. Overall, would recommend if your child needs oral surgery.

I've been here twice before and I had a pretty good experience. But this last visit was a nightmare I was getting an extraction and could feel the Dentist shaving my teeth down. I accidentally grabbed him and he goes do not grab me so rude and stuck me really hard with the needle to numb me again, he then states do not grab me because I don't want to do anything wrong I started crying. He showed no remorse and didn't think to call to do a check up the following day like they normally do. Experience was horrible
