Our practice is comprised of Dr. David C. Neal, Dr. Rigo Cornejo and Dr. J. Leon Ramirez. We have been part of the Winter Haven community since 1977 providing the highest quality of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgical care in a courteous, friendly and caring environment. Our Goal is to continue our tradition of excellence and personal patient care.

Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons are the surgical specialist of the dental profession.

After four years of college and four years of dental school, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons complete four more years of hospital-based residency training that includes rotations through related medical fields, including internal medicine, general surgery, anesthesiology, otolaryngology, plastic surgery, general surgery, neurosurgery, emergency medicine and other medical specialties. During their training Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons can complete their medical training and earn a Medical Degree.

Once their training was complete our surgeons put themselves through a rigorous examination and certification process through the American board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology.

Our Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons are well prepared to perform the full scope of the specialty, which encompasses the diagnosis, surgical and the related management of diseases, pathology, injuries and defects that involve the functional and aesthetic aspects of the oral and maxillofacial surgical regions. This includes the preventive, reconstructive or emergency care for the teeth, mouth, jaws and facial structures. We also provide a full range of implant procedures performed under local anesthesia, conscious sedation or general anesthesia.

Our practice coordinates your treatment with a variety of health care professionals in our community to maximize your care. We always welcome new patients, and referrals are not necessary.
